Is hypnosis safe?

Hypnosis is absolutely safe. It is a natural state of mind that you experience every day.
As an example think about the times you have driven somewhere and barely remembered the journey. This is known as highway hypnosis.
We all do it. It is simply a light state of trance. What happens is that because you have driven so many times before you can do it without
even thinking about it. However if something needs your instant attention, perhaps the car in front braking sharply, then your full attention
and concentration is instantly there.

What does hypnosis feel like?

You will feel very relaxed and you may find your body feels heavy. If you should fall asleep it doesn’t matter because the subconscious mind
will still listen and the hypnosis will still work.
An added benefit to hypnosis is that afterwards most clients find that aches and pains have reduced or disappeared and they feel very
relaxed and stress free.

My willpower isn’t very strong

You don’t need strong willpower to be successful with hypnosis. In a contest between your willpower and your imagination then your
imagination will win every time. Hypnosis uses your imagination to make the positive and beneficial changes to your life.


Should I change my medication following hypnosis?

NO. NEVER EVER CHANGE YOUR MEDICATION UNLESS YOUR DOCTOR TELLS YOU TO
if you suffer from any heart problems, have had a stroke or brain aneurysm, or have a diagnosed mental health issue,
you must inform your doctor you are using hypnotherapy.

Do Hypnosis recordings actually work?

Can I get stuck in hypnosis?
