We are sure that you appreciate that a great deal of preparation is made prior to your attendance including the preparation of a personalised CD. This recording has your name inserted into it so it is unable to be used for anyone else.
Short notice cancellations and failure to show result in a financial loss due to the costs associated with preparing a personalised CD and the lost session.
All clients who have made a firm booking will be sent a text message or a verbal phone call reminder the day before your hypnosis session.
If you wish to cancel an appointment less than 24 hours before your hypnosis session or simply fail to turn up then the FULL cost of the missed session will still be charged.
You may re-schedule the appointment to take place within 28 days at no extra cost.
If you decline to re-schedule then as the recording is of no use to anybody else it will be posted to you if required.
Therefore we ask that you give us at least 24 hours notice of you wish to cancel your appointment.
All clients attending hypnosis sessions will be deemed to have read and agreed to these terms and conditions.
