These terms and conditions were introduced because of the high amount of people making bookings and then either cancelling at very short notice or not bothering to attend at all.

A great deal of preparation is made prior to your attendance including the preparation of a personalised CD. This recording has your name inserted into it so it is unable to be used for anyone else.

Therefore non attendance not only means loss of income but also results in a loss to the company due to the costs associated with preparing a personalised CD.

Terms & Conditions

1. All hypnosis sessions to be secured by credit card or other payment arrangement.

 

2. All cancellations less than 24 hours or failure to attend for stopping smoking and weight loss hypnosis sessions will be charged at the full cost of the session.

 

3. Any client cancelling less than 24 hours before the session may re-book on one occasion only within 14 days of the original session at no extra charge.

 

4. Any client failing to attend the session without notification will be charged the full cost of the session. Discretion to re-book at no extra charge may be given in this instance.

 

5. Clients who book three session programs and cancel less than 24 hours or fail to attend will be charged one third of the program.

 

6. All clients attending hypnosis sessions will be deemed to have read and agreed to these terms and conditions.
